Agenda Fusion 5.1 time question

I synch my Dell Axim with Agenda Fusion to my work computer running MS Outlook. When I do, all of my calendar appointments show up an hour early on the Axim, but they remain correct on the pc. Even when I add appointments, the appointment stays, only the time changes. Any ideas on how to solve this>

Please verify that your device is set to the same time and time zone as your desktop machine.

Yes, I verified that right away. Both are same time and same time zone.
