Can't remove V1.97 from Motorla Q

I installed Power Tasks 2.22 on trial and decided to purchase it. After the purchase the page provided a link to V1.97 and indicated that it was a new version so I downloaded it and installed it. At the end of the installation I received a message that this software was not compatible with my device.

I re-installed V2.22 but now I've got problems. Every few minutes I receive the following notification on the phone:

Cannot execute \Application DataWindows\DevOneTaskSyncMgr.exe

I tried to remove the application and re-install it but I continue to get the notification.

Our apology with the confusion after your purchase, that is being fixed. The first thing to do is refresh your device by removing the battery for a few moments then put it back in the device. If necessary, load the 2.22 version again.
