Help?!?!?!

Can someone help me. I just spent three days cleaning up my "contacts" on my desktop. I deleted all of the contacts on my Samsung i730 (PPC 2003, 2nd Ed) (I also have AF ver. 8) When I sync'd, all of my contacts vanished from both desktop and handheld with the exception of the new "contacts" that I added over the past three days. How do I get all of my contacts back?

Unfortunately, you will need to start over unless you somehow you did a backup with backup software that would have included the backup of contacts, which is NOT a part of the Fusion backup.
