Outlook labels/Agenda One categories not synching

I am having trouble with the categories in Agenda One not synching with the labels from Outlook calendar. All the appointment info transfers via ActiveSync but not the catergory. The FAQ states that ActiveSync should transfer all this over...? I've setup the categories in Agenda One to match the labels in Outlook calendar.
(using ver 1.00.3108 on a Moto Q)

Are you saying that categories from the Desktop do not come down to the device or that categories from the device do not go up to the Desktop? When you open the item for editing on the device and the Desktop do you see the categories?

categories FROM the desktop don't come down to the device...I get the appointment text, time, reminders, etc but NOT the category

I can set the category on the device manually but need this info to come down from the outlook calendar (or go back up if the appt is created on the device...I haven't tried this direction yet...but will)

Sorry I misunderstood your original post. The Category field on the Desktop syncs to the Category field in Outlook Mobile. The Label field on the Desktop is not available in Outlook Mobile. Agenda One reads and writes to the Outlook Mobile database so this field is not available in Agenda One.

Not sure I understand what you mean with category field on desktop...?

What I have now are various labels that I use to sort calendar items in Outlook. I had hoped that these would sync with the Agenda One categories.

What's the point of having the Agenda One categories if they don't share back to the PC? I guess what I don't understand is where these categories factor in on the desktop you refer to.

Example: if I enter an appointment in outlook with a "kids" label, can this not show up in Agenda one as an appointment with a "kids' category.

Please check the category.gif image which may explain things better. A Category is not the same thing as a label. Category syncs to Category. It will not sync to a label or vice versa.
