I use Code Wallet, Power Task and have been awaiting Power Calendar. I am now very impressed with Agenda One. My appointment invites actually email now, this is fantastick! This is just one of many features. It is programs like this that really pushes Motorola Q over the top!:)

The interface is great, the color, the options. Did I mention options? The icons are great.

A few questions?

Will the following feature of power tasks be added?
* User assigned keypad buttons let you use the navigation arrows and action button button to complete a task, change the priority, edit, view and more.

This IMO was a very powerful tool. I set the left key to move a task to today and I set the right ket to move a task to tomorrow.

* When I currently use power tasks I have the option to email a task to any contact in my address book. I also have the option to email a task that contains email address to that contact.

This appears under the More menu as Email and / or e-mail. I do not recall off the top of my head which is which.

There is no email or Email this task or appointment option other than selecting a context sensitice email address already loaded in a task or appoinment. However this does not transfer the subject or detail of the item to the email like Power Tasks.

* Also will there ever be support for assigning a task? Can the appointment invite somehow be applied to the task item? This would really put the already great program over the TOP!

* Maybe a slight bug. When I go to insert an attendee it takes me to the contact list. If I start typing it freezes. If I d-Pad up or down and select the contact there is no problem. 1600+ contact loaded.

I have uninstalled Papyrus and MS GAL with the install of Agenda One. This is a great complement to DeveloperOne as Papyrus is a great program.:)

Thank you so much for the nice feedback! The left navigation will change your priority (High, Normal Low) and the right navigation will change status (Complete/Activate).

We may look at adding more "Advanced" Power Task like functionality in the future, right now we are concentrating on easy to use features that almost every customer will use.

With inserting an attendee do you have the same behavior if Agenda One is not the default Contact view and you do it right from the built in Contacts?

I am not sure I can answer the question. I have tried the Global Settings>Use as default Contacts both off and on. I have not noticed visually a difference, the list still looks the same.

If I insert contact or contacts (+number/email) I can type out the name to filter the list (i.e. John or Smith) without a lockup.

If I insert an attendee and touch J for John the list now filters to J and locks up.

Someone else mentioned that QCaps may be conflicting with the pass through keystroke and the focus of the app. I kinda understand what that means but now really?

Anyway the more I use the program the better I realize it is.

Highlights
- On the subject field or other field I can start typing and the program jumps in to the context area without having to select the edit line. This type of smart function is what makes the blackberry email and text area very strong.
- The ability to move through the reminder and dpad up or down all the fields like time number, time interval (minutes, weeks, hours), am/pm is so smart that makes it light years ahead of every thing else.
- Once again the attendee section rocks and having the list that allows you to add all of them prior to finilizing the attendee list.

Suggestions
- When you save an appointment with attendees maybe a notification that states meeting invite or email has been placed in the outbox. Because when you update with attendees it asks you if you want to email, which again rocks. I find myself checking active sync just to verify that the email has went.
- The contact picker or insert contact does not accept first name + space + last name. Most peoples contact list will not need this. For those who have 1600+ contacts like myself it would help.
- Also I know that this may not be in the main theme of agenda one, however the correction or extention of the name arrangement for contacts is very buggy for WM5SP's in general. I downloaded a small program that will correct the name like all first name/last name, last name/first name and or add company name. However I think this program has played havoc on some of my fields. It seems that when you edit a contact and save it again the order changes or reverts. Oh its called the file save as I think.
- I continue to be very pleased with the easy straight forward interface and clean look, as well as great function and features.

Keep the good time rolling.

I just tried a test. I went to insert an attendee and touch J the list locked up as expected. I used QTask to cycle through the active programs and take me back to the list and I have regained focus. I am now able to DPad up or down. If I type another letter the focus is gone again.

I hope this helps.

Thank you for the feedback on both above. I will ask the Developers to check into them.

A newer version of Q Caps has been release that has corrected this.

Thank you for the great program.
