Overdue tasks not showing Red in calendar views

I noticed that none of my overdue tasks are showing up as Red in any of the calendar views (I haven't checked task view as I don't use that and disabled it) I checked the color settings and overdue tasks are assigned the color Red (which is the default setting) But on all calendar views, the tasks still show up in the same color as every other task listed.

For the Appointment and Task status colors to be active you have to go to Menu > Options > View all Options > Global Settings > Text Color and change from Use Default to Color by Status.
