Bug when dialing from contacts

Here is one I am able to reproduce consistently:

From contacts if I select a contact to dial from the right pane (the non-photo list) and then hit the Dial (send) button, the contact that comes up is the first *photo* contact on the left --not the highlighted non-photo contact.

After I press the back button, *then* the contact I originally selected comes up and I can then dial the proper contact.

I am using a T-Mobile Dash.
