I have got AgendaOne on trial at the moment and generally very pleased with what I see !
However, a couple of issues :
After having changed a task or appointment, the display does not update unless you move to another day or press the * key (today).
Also, if a task is overdue, it is not colour-coded according to the settings - it is the same as a normal task.
Finally, is it possible to edit the preset text inserts (ie Call, phone, etc) ??
Is there any additional discount available for defectors from Papyrus !!!

Which device do you have? Have you loaded the most recent upgrade to Agenda One to see if that clears this? It is version .3242 and is available on this web page, http://www.developerone.com/agendaone/download.htm What exactly is the setting you have for Overdue Tasks, are you saying that the color you have chosen for Overdue Tasks is not showing? Yes, you can add to the preset texts for appointment and task Subjects. When you are in the New Appointment or New Task view, choose Subject and when you type a new subject in the window, then choose Menu, and choose "Add to subject list" to add your own subjects. Please contact us at support@developerone.com about a possible discount if available.

I have a Qtek 8310. I have set overdue tasks to be red, but they still show up as normal. I have not loaded the latest version, but will do so today (unless it says that is has expired !). Hopefully the issue of updating deletions and additions of the day view will be sorted. Excellent program though !:)

Select “Menu > Options > View all Options > Global Settings” Text Color and change to Color by Status.(Appointment and Task Status Colors are only used when set to Color by Status).

Select “Menu > Options > View all Options > Global Settings” Text Color and change to Color by Status.(Appointment and Task Status Colors are only used when set to Color by Status).Does it make sense to have two settings? Appointment text color and tasks text color? It is useful to have color by category for appointments so you can see what type of appointments you have coming up but for tasks, it would make more sense to have color by status as you want to know what is overdue.

This is something that we considered early on, but we are also trying to be careful to not overwhelm users with too many options, as well as keeping the application as light as possible. If we get a lot of support for this option it may be something that we add to a future build.
