Modifying Week view?

Is it possible to exclude weekends from the Week view? I'd like to use Agenda One for professional appointments, which never occur on Saturday and Sunday. These days take up valuable real estate in the Week view.

I'd also appreciate an hourly view; I'm a psychologist, and schedule 45-minute sessions. There would be a huge demand for this among my colleagues!
