Right now the calendar events notes are being truncated after a number of lines/characters. In order to see anything beyond that point, you have to edit the event.

Please make this optional/configurable. I often have meeting information and travel itinerary information that goes way beyond the truncated point and do not want to have to place the event in edit mode in order to see it.

Rob

Rob We do not specifically limit this field size. Can you see the entire note with the built in Calendar application?

Yes. Again, this is not in edit mode, but in display mode when you click on an event in daily or agenda to see the detail. The notes field truncates consistently after a certain number of characters.

Is it the same amount of characters each time? If you have Microsoft Word on a PC you can paste the note contents into a Word Document and use Tools - Word Count to get a character count. If you do not have MS Word could you send us a copy of one of the notes you are having trouble with?
