Hello, great product so far, and you guys seem to be on top of things as far as quick fixes, so I have a couple requests (or maybe i'm just not seeing the option).

firstly, it seems that the thumbwheel is not working properly in a couple instances. If I click the view button and get the little pop up window with all the available views, the thumbwheel only scrolls through the column i'm currently in. It would be great if it would scroll line be line. Right now i have to use the dpad to change columns. not very one-hand friendly :(

secondly, there is a similar issue if I am in a calendar view that has multiple columns. the thumbwheel only scrolls the column i'm in instead of sequential days. in the week view for instance with monday at the top, one scroll down goes to tuesday, but the second scroll goes to thursday (the next day in the left column). scrolling back up through the weeks goesup through the right side, skipping the left. frustrating, as i don't want to use the dpad...

Lastly, I have been unable to get agendaone to launch in the correct view for the soft button pushed. regardless of whether i select calendar or contacts, it launches in the last view i was in. not very handy, eh?

thanks!

Thanks for the feedback! We always interpret the scroll as up or down. This may be something that we can look at further. Here are a few tips and settings that may help in the mean time.

Besides using the dpad to select a view you can also use the number keys (1-7) to select a view when the View Picker is open.

In the Week View select the option "Use Top-down layout - Yes" to easily scroll from the start of the week to the end.

Currently there is not an efficient way to to use the scroll wheel in the month view, but most of our feedback has been that the dpad works great for one handed use in this view. We will keep your suggestions (better thumb wheel ingtegration) in mind and we are glad to have you onboard.

help? The Samsung Home Page has some hard coded links that will only bring you to the default apps in the Cingular BlackJack, If you switch to the Cingular or Windows Home Screen and you should be able to use Agenda One as the default application.
