Contact List Missing in Access Panel

I am beginning to use Access Panel and am trying to use the Contact List. However, none of my contacts shows up in the Access Panel Window when the icon is selected. Even tapping individual letters brings no results. There are over 200 contacts in my HP Jornado. Any idea why I am not seeing the contacts.

Based on your other inquiry, it seems that there might be some problems with your Pocket Outlook data.

Do you currently sync your data and it is possible for you to do a hard-reset and resync your data to the Pocket PC? This would likely clean up any issues with the databases.

Yes, I do sync the data daily. I can try a hard reset. Haven't yet. Will let you know what happens.
