Calendar Icons

I cannot seem to get the calendar Icons to show in my month view. This is a real down point. I would like to be able to look at the month vw and tell what days I am on call have appts and other but I can't. I have to scroll through the week and read each week manually. Anything I might have missed. I enabled the category Icons have them set for each category. I am using A1 version 100.4026.

It sounds like you may not have one setting set for this. Go to the Month View, choose Menu > Options > scroll down to 'Details' and choose 'Category Icons' for that setting.

Iknow I tried that yeasterday and it didn't work but it does today. Thanks for the support. great product.

Are the category icons supposed to show in the calendar or along side the appointment in the preview? If is supposed to be in the calendar (as I would like it) it doesn't work for me either.

Depending on your settings and which view(s) you are referring to, the category icons should be shown in both. Which view are you having trouble with? Are you seeing the category icons in the detail view and not the calendar? Have you checked to be sure you have the setting set as mentioned above if you are referring to the Month View : Go to the Month View, choose Menu > Options > scroll down to 'Details' and choose 'Category Icons' for that setting. Which exact version of Agenda One is installed to your device? Thank you for clarification so that we can further assist you.

I too am I having the same problem. In fact, I experienced it with my Treo 700wx while running Agenda Fusion 8. I was hoping Agenda One would fix this error -- but to no avail the same problem. Even when making the correction (as instructed), the icons do no show. The above thred notes that her icons eventually did show up -- that will happen, but will be short lived. Frustrating! Any insight?

Hi, there is a known issue in Agenda One on the square screen devices like the Palm Treo where the Month View may not properly show the icons in the month if you have the details preview selected for display at the top or bottom of the screen.

This should be corrected within the next few updates.

(The workaround in the mean time would be to choose the details preview to display at the left or right side of the screen.)
