Recuring tasks

I have power calender on a c500, When is set up an recurring appointment and then scroll through the days the appoinment appears in the list on the day it should do. However when i do the same with a task it only appears on the date its set . i.e. if i set up a task for say every 4 weeks with today being the 1st occurance it will show the list today, but not in 4 weeks time or any mutiple of those 4 weeks. Is this normal?

Hi, yes this is normal.
Recurring tasks and appointments are handled a bit differently by the Pocket Outlook database system.

For recurring tasks, the next instance/recurrence of the task does not really exist until the current instance is marked as completed, at which time the next occurrence is generated.

Are there any plans to support Outlook regenerating tasks? Ones that regenerate a certain number of days/weeks/months after the current one is completed. Currently these seem to be converted to regular recurrences at sync time.
