Task alarms on PC are 3 hours off

After creating a task in PowerCalendar and setting an alarm, it will create the alarm 3 hours off in the desktop Outlook. So if you create the alarm for 3:00 PM, it will be 6:00 PM on the desktop.

Is there an option setting that I am missing, or is this this an issue with the software?
