Agenda One does not work on my Motorola Q9c.

On Windows Mobile 6, it locked up my phone. I reinstalled it after upgrading to Windows 6.1 and could not scroll through tasks, after filtering by category. I also noticed that Google Maps was working well with Agenda One.

All of the problems disappeared after removing Agenda One.

I've been in trial mode, because obviously, I will not pay for a program that does not work. Any ideas on how to resolve the problems?

That is not normal behavior for Agenda One. Do you have a number of other programs running at the same time on the device? Do you have filters set that make the program read settings and sort data before loading the view?

Send us an e-mail direct from your device and we can see if you are low on working memory or are heavy on data or something that we can see may be the issue.

To do this, go in Agenda One to Menu > Options > View All Options > About A1 > Menu > Contact Support > E-mail.

Thank you.

Was the problem fixed for the Q9c? I'm trying this phone out, reluctant to give up my Palm Pilot but need to consolidate organizer & phone. I hate Outlook, phone carrier doesn't carry Palm products. Stumbled across this software and it looks like it could solve my dilemma but I want to make sure it's going to work.

The Q issues are resolved. You can run our trial version of Agenda One on your device to check it out.
