If synchronizing with your Smartphone and Desktop/Outlook/Exchange results in appointments on the device being behind or ahead by one or more hours, please check the clock settings on your desktop PC and confirm that both the time and daylight savings time settings match the settings on your device.

Having any difference in settings between the device and Desktop is most likely the source of such an issue.

On the Smartphone, you will find the date/time settings under Start -> Settings -> Date and Time.

On your Desktop, double-click the system clock in your icon tray to confirm the correct time zone and daylight savings time settings.
