First let me say that all in all, this is a GREAT GREAT application that has met all my needs, I would recommend it to anyone. The development team is to be congratulated. Excellent work !

Now, about my issues...
Special note: ******** just "upgraded" to Windows Mobile 6.1.
I now have two problemos.

1. When I first "upgraded" to Windows Mobile 6.1, had to re-install Agendaone because I had it on device instead of the storage card and that apparantly whacks everything (also I didn't see the op system upgrade instructions for Sprite Backup until it was too late so upgrading from that was not an option).

I re-installed, when I did I answered "YES" when it asked if i wanted it to be default tasks, calender, etc to Agendaone. After that I was unable to get my data imported despite having backed up all the .dat files, and copying them over what was there. My theory was, this wasn't my data or at least, not all my data, or because I had chosen to make it default and the apps that were defaulting from all had no data, that took precedence. I dunno, can you explain this?

Something else happened (unrelated to Agendaone), whacked everything again, had to re-flash, then when I re-installed Windows I said NO when it asked me to default. Then I was able to use my past data ( a great releif) and set the defaut options to "YES" afterwards. Can you explain this (see my theory)?

2. Different problem. I see text that i've type in just fine until I pull out the slide out keyboard. Then I can't see what I've typed, its like its invisible, even what i've already typed before sliding out keyboard. I type in something else, it appears to have worked, does what it should. Agendaone is the only application with which I've had this problem (This is day 3).

As you'll see, was able to work around #1, but have messed with different colors and things with problem #2, not sure what to do... Any ideas?

As a software developer myself, I know how it goes and I find this all very interesting. We are odd people. Its interesting and annoying at the same time :) (feel free to edit this last paragraph out if you put it on the forums, most will not understand :) )

1. We have not had other users report this, so we don't have any explanation for what happened. Maybe your device needed to be refreshed after the upgrade, or maybe the upgrade did not install/load completely, hard to say.
2. Since you have the WM6.1 operating system on your device, the Windows Mobile 6.1 does not support ClearType in landscape mode. This is an operating system problem, not a problem in Agenda One. Please change the ClearType setting in the Agenda One program. Also change the ClearType setting in the device if necessary. This should fix the issue. You will find the ClearType setting in Agenda One by choosing Menu > Options > View All Options > Global Settings, there see the setting "Display Cleartype" and change the setting. The setting on your device will be found by going to Start > Settings > System tab, > Screen, choose Clear Type tab.
