Completed tasks do not sync

I've noticed that taks in Outlook which i mark as "Completed" without any other adjustment do not get updated via ActiveSync to PowerCalendar. The item remains in PowerCalender unadjusted and i need to mark it completed separately from Outlook. Guidance?

Check the Task Synchronization Settings in ActiveSync. The default is to only sync active tasks. There is a issue with ActiveSync where when completing a task ActiveSync will not update the task. A workaround is to set the synchronize setting for tasks to sync all tasks.

I am having this same problem on Windows Mobile 5 on a MOT Q phone with power tasks.

The fix suggested does not work, as there do not seem to be any settings for Tasks in Activesync.

This was an ActiveSync Option for WM 2003 but not WM5 devices. You may want to create an Outlook folder on your desktop and periodically drag your completed items into this folder. By the way, you may want to consider taking a look at Agenda One which adds Calendar, Contact, Task and Search capability to the Q. You can download a 15 day trial here:
