Deleleting past appointments in Agenda Fusion
I have Agenda Fusion v. 8.30 on iPAQ 2490. I used to have Psion 5mx, which had a function whereby it allowed you to delete or archive past or old entries in Agenda, releasing more memory for use. I cannot seem to find anything in the AF programme that allows this, so I have to delete each day one at a time and as I need to keep records for up to six months, this task becomes a bit of a drag. Does anyone know of a faster way or a programme that can do this for me? Many thanks. George :o

You can adjust the time frame of data that you send to the device from ActiveSync on your desktop PC. The next time you sync, let ActiveSync run and when it is finished, open it to find and double clik on 'Calendar', there you will see the ability to change the setting for the time frame of data that you want to send to the device.

Came across this thread whislt searching for an answer to my own query.

It seems that I can only review previous appointments as far back as 6 months and there are occassions I need to go further back. Therefore, is there a way to do this, to maintain previous appointments.

Please read Post #2 above here to see the answer. This is not a function of Agenda Fusion, you need to change the setting in ActiveSync to allow a larger time frame of data to sync to your device as instructed above. You may need to choose the Show All option in the Calendar setting of ActiveSync.

I have the setting set to "all" but seems only goes back 6 months.

Many thanks for the response :o
