Scenario 2: CodeWallet is installed on Vista PC and on Mobile Device but wallets are not synching. This is caused by Windows Mobile Device Center not being fully installed. Windows Mobile Device Center allows you to install applications to your mobile device and sync your Calendar, Tasks and Contacts. To resolve the problem you can follow the steps below:
1) Disconnect your device from the PC/Laptop. 2) Install Windows Mobile Device Center from the link below: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/devicecenter.mspx After you accept the licensing agreement, the device center should be fully installed and you can then follow the steps below: 1) Open CodeWallet on the Desktop. 2) Open your Sample Wallet (password is 123). 3) Go to File – Synchronization settings. 4) Put a checkmark in all of the appropriate boxes and click OK. 5) Cradle your device and it should begin synching 6) After synching, your wallet should now be in the folder specified in your Synchronization settings such as C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\CodeWalletProSyncFolder. Be sure wallets you want to synch to your device are in this folder. On your device you should find the wallet in My Documents if there was no wallet on your device previously. |
