How do I send an e-mail to a Contact?

Go into the details of the contact and tap on the e-mail address, this will open the messaging view where you can choose the 'Outlook E-mail' option to create your message. OR, you can tap/hold on the Contact name in the list and from the pop-up menu choose 'Send e-mail'.
