Default Contact Pictures not updating Exchange Server

I am using the latest version of Agenda Fusion and have discovered the following bug:

Adding a new contact picture updates the internal Ppc database but not the Exchange Server I sync against. If I add the same picture again using the standard contacts app, everything works.

This does not make sense because our photo feature adds the photo to your contact's data in the device's data just the same as the default contact photo feature does, the photo goes to the same place on the device. Therefore whether you add the photo from within Agenda Fusion or from the default contact editor, it is captured the same way such that your server would capture the photo. We need to know what device you are using and which version of ActiveSync. Also, please check and add a photo to your contact from within Agenda Fusion, and then go into that same contact from your device default Contacts and see if the photo is captured in the default even though the photo was chosen using AF. It should be there.

I know it shouldnt make a difference but it is true...
The change is always reflected on the default application and that I cannot understand!!!
I am using an HTC Touch HD with Windows Mobile 6.1 Build 29757.1.4.0

If I make the change through the default contacts app, then it works.

The developers suspect this is a device specific issue since we are not able to duplicate the behavior even on other Touch devices. We don't yet have a Touch HD, so they will have to look into it once we have a device to test on. They recommend that you add your pictures using the default for now. Our apology for the inconvenience.

Adding the pictures with Agenda One works! Only Agenda Fusion doesn't
