Angry Catagories

Help please! I bought this with the purpose of setting up different catagories that I could make from Outlook and then transfer to my phone. Because otherwise, you can have 100 tasks from different projects but it's all on one list. How do I make the catagories so that I can go thru it on the phone and see for each project what needs to be done instead on looking at a mile long list?

When you Edit a task, or create a New task, you can add categories to your tasks by scrolling down to "Categories". Once this option is highlighted, select it and the category selection window will appear. Either check a box from the previously made categories or type in a new category in the top text box then select Add. Select Done when complete.
Next, to have your tasks viewed by category, Select Menu > Settings > Content. Then scroll down to "Group my tasks by" and select Category...from there you can select your sorting preferences. Select Done when complete.
