Default Fusion appointment time format problem

I am trying the new Fusion 8.7 on my WM6.1 HTC and see that Fusion always displays time as am/pm e.g. 8:30a-10:30a

which is not right as everywhere (Today screen, other apps) else it is displayed as a 24 hour format e.g. 08:30, or 15:30.

Is there a bug with this version?

Thanks for your help.

That is a setting on the device, it is not a function of Agenda Fusion. You can change the setting on your device and it will change in Agenda Fusion.

Ok. Thanks. I have made all changes on my device that set the time format; Region, time format. And have checked the registry. The nls overrides has the correct time format as STFmt = HH:mm. I did a hard reset of the device too.

But still Fusion shows 08:30a - it should show 08:30

Is there a time format key that Fusion uses that I have missed?
Thanks for your help

Why do you need it to not have the "a" at the end?? What exact device are you using? As mentioned before, this has nothing to do with Agenda Fusion, it is a device setting only. Where exactly are you seeing this display? Is it in the top bar on the device? Is it next to an appt or task in Agenda Fusion? Both settings take their cue from the Regional settings. If you have the HH:mm option chosen, that indicates military 24 hour time. What is the Regional Setting "Region" that you have chosen? Did you soft reset the device after changing the regional settings?

Hi,

Well I prefer the neatness and clarity of a 24 hour time format. The only place I see the "a" or "p" is in Fusion appointments or tasks.
The region setting is English (UK). It shows time as 17:21 - military time format. I have soft reset the device a few times but Fusion still doesn't show HH:mm format!

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Hi,

I have rechecked my region settings and these are correct. I also checked the WM6.1 built-in Calendar and tasks - these both show the correct 24 hour time format but Fusion does not. o it looks like Fusion is reading a key different from Microsoft Calendar, Tasks and Today....
Thanks.

Please send an e-mail to customerservices@developerone.com and include for us what device you are using. We would like to send you some screen shots of how the calendar views and the edit options change in AF once the Regional Settings and time are changed to reflect your settings. We are suspecting this is a device specific issue, but you have not mentioned what device you are using. Thank you for clarification.
