Help!

I am trying to install Theme builder on vista 64 bit (ultimate package or whatever the proper name is for the biggest version of Vista)

Continually get this error

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Access to the path "c:\program files (x86)\Developer One Agenda One Theme Builder\ErrorLog.txt" is denied.


I have included the info in the "details" box that is available. Help!?!?! Anyone know what is going on? I've tried installing, uninstalling, reinstalling, fresh reboots, etc. Nothing seems to work.

I was so excited to get going!

Are you using a work PC that you maybe need to be in Administrator mode to load new software to the PC? What is this JIT debugger software message information? Maybe try to load the program with that dis-abled, it is likely getting in the way of you downloading the software from what is noted there.

Hi,

Working from home and I am the admin on the pc. When the error came up, there was a "Details" button you could click on below the error message. When I clicked on it, that was the details of the error.

I also tried installing it to me only, or to be available for all users -- didn't make a difference either way.

Did you try to reinstall with the JIT debugger off as previously mentioned?
