Default Agenda Fusion will not install, what can I do?

If the installation/un-installation is not successful please try the following:

1) On the device go to Start, File Explorer please delete any Fusion items you find. Then on the desktop open ActiveSync and choose Explore and open your device folder to find the Program files and delete the entire Agenda Fusion folder from there.
2) Next, from the Windows Folder delete the following three files fusionhelp.htm, FusionNotes.exe, FusionNotesLauncher.exe.
3) From the My Documents folder delete the entire FusionAlarmNotes Folder and powertext.xml
4) Please run the installer again.

If that is not successful you may want to also check the following:

Be sure to temporarily disable your firewall or security software (remember to enable again immediately after installation).
Please download a new version of the software from our web page and do not use an existing "saved copy" that resides on your desktop. Here is the web page where you can do a fresh download (Please do a soft reset of your device before the download):

PLEASE NOTE: When the file first opens please be sure to choose "Open" and not "Save" so that the file runs directly to your device and does not save to your desktop where it can become corrupted.

Also note -- there are two different versions of Agenda Fusion in the download, one for Windows Mobile 5 OS devices and one for 2002/2003 OS devices. Watch for the view on the desktop during the installation that requires you to check the proper download. INSTALL TO MAIN MEMORY ONLY on the device. Be sure to soft reset your device again after the installation has completed.
