With the CodeWallet form layout editor, you can customize your card fields, images, icons, etc. to meet your exact needs.

How to submit your entries
Create/customize your card forms with CodeWallet Pro v5 or v6. Add a background image, customize the icon, colors, etc. All of this will be included in the exported file.
Once you think you have a great form layout that you think others would benefit from, you'll export your card form.

To export: Tap/hold the selected card, select "Export". From the Export screen, select "Selected card as form file". (Do not check the "Field Data" box to not include your personal data that is stored in the card fields.) The field names will always be exported.
To make sure you get credit and to let others know who created this form, optionally fill in the Description and Author fields once you have chosen to export the form.

Your form will then be saved to a *.cwx form file.

To test that the form works as expected, tap/hold on your "My Forms" folder and select to import the form and view it to make sure it's what you expect it to be.

Note: For Smartphone CodeWallet, the custom form export/import is not currently available directly to the Smartphone. Any forms you import into your Desktop CodeWallet will view on your Smartphone.

Finally, post your *.cwx files in ZIP format along with a short description like this:
