I have had a Motorala MPx220 Smartphone for close to 3 years. With the exception of some glitches, there have been few problems. Suddenly, the phone has lost all access to contacts, calendar, call history, speed dial or tasks. Also, will only sync inbox of outlook and not the other things that it used to do with precision. The OS is Windows Mobile CE 2003 Second Ed., Version 4.21.1088 (Build 14256.1.1.0, Radio Version 1.00. Any help would be appreciated. lafarka18

You will need to talk with your phone service carrier. I had the same device and recently had to abandon it because my phone carrier made updates and changes to their network and I had many of the problems you describe plus calling was inconsistent. Their only answer to me was to get a new device of course. So, you may need to check with the phone carrier as well as Motorola to see what your options are.
