Default Item Preview Panel

When I select an appointment, task, etc. I often do not get the preview. I get a blank (white) area where the preview should show.

Are any other users seeing this?

I have also noticed that when the preview panel does work the text can be either white or black without me having gone into the settings to make any changes.

We have not had this reported by other users as yet. What device are you using? What version of Agenda One do you have loaded? Are there other software programs running on the device at the same time as Agenda One? Have you checked your Preview color settings to see if you accidentally have the text and the background color as white?

Default Having Same issue on Treo 700wx

I played around with the background colors. Sill no success. This is occuring on a Treo 700wx (Sprint).

We recommend that you exit Agenda One and restart it each time you change themes on your device. We have occasionally seen new appointment and task preview images not immediately appearing after trying a new theme. Exiting and restarting Agenda One should resolve this.

I am using a Sprint 6700 with the latest 3985 build. It is pretty random. The preview windows were showing information until I exited A1 and restarted it. Now I get the blank preview window. I have checked the preview colors and made sure the colors were different and still get a blank screen. As an aside, I don't even get the standard bitmap backgrounds when I get the blank screen.

A1 can be the only application running, or running with others, and I will see the problem.

We will be looking into this further with a few similar reports. Does a soft reset of the device clear the issue?

A soft reset does not work. I thought I had found the pattern last night. I seems to mostly remedy itself if I select the first item of the day before selecting anything else after a fresh start of A1.

What if you change your Agenda One theme to Ruby Red, Exit Agenda One and then soft reset your device?

I have tried all of the themes available in the default install and get the same results.
