Do you have Agenda One installed to a memory card or main memory? You may want to try moving it to main memory and see if this helps. You can cut and paste the Agenda One folder to the Program Files on the device and then run the installer again.

I have it installed to the main memory. I essentially put all applications in main memory that I use constantly to avoid DSOD's.

We think we may have some ideas on what may be causing the trouble. Is it always happening with some items but not others? If this is true, could you send us the details of one of the items where this is happening?

It really seems to be random. Once I open A1 and select an item and it does not display the preview ti will never display the preview for any items thereafter.

On the rare occasion I start A1 and the preview displays it will continue to display the previews on other items thereafter.

Once A1 is shutdown and restarted it will sometimes display the previews and sometimes not.

This may have been do to a problem with the way we were reading hyperlinks in earlier versions. We recommed downloading the latest build which should correct the problem. You can get it here:

The update still yields the same results. I have reinstalled 4026 and reinstalled 4026 with the option of remving my previous settings. I still get a blank preview on calendar and task items.

You might want to verify that you only have one installation of Agenda One. If it were somehow installed on a memory card and main memory at the same time this could cause you problems.

I have one installation. I have performed a complete uninstall with SK Tools, which removes every reference to the application from the device, registry included. I am installing 4182 to see if this helps.
