I'm noticing that if I try to delete an instance of a recurring appointment, it won't delete. For example... I have a standing apppointment every Thursday at 7pm. But let's say this week the appointment is cancelled. I'd like to delete it off of my schedule this week, without deleting the rest of the recurring appointments for the weeks to come. It won't let me delete the one week and keep the rest of the coming weeks.

I notice that it will allow me to edit the instance, but not remove it.

In Outlook I can delete the one week (remove) without affecting the coming weeks. Does AF-8.7 have this capability? If so, how do I do it? If not, what would be a good workaround?

I am running AF-8.7 on Windows Mobile Professional, Samsung Omnia 910.

When you go into one of the calendar views and see the occurence that you wish to delete, you must tap/hold on it with your stylus and then choose Delete Appt from the drop-down menu that comes up. Then choose "NO to delete the occurence only".
